Returns Policy
Full-Price and Sale Items
Please initiate your return within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Once a request has been approved, all items must be shipped to return within 14 days of receiving your order. Mulumai will NOT accept any returns outside of the 14-day window.
Clearance Items
Clearance items are final upon sale and not returnable.
Processing Time
We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. Please allow 14 working days from the date you post your item for the return to reach our facility and for your refund to be issued. We kindly ask that you wait until this period has passed before contacting our support team regarding your status.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned in their original condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags and labels.
Hygiene & Care
Please take care when trying on garments. We cannot process returns for items with scents (such as perfume), makeup transfer, deodorant marks, or other stains.
Inspection
Please note that all returns are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to decline a refund if the item does not meet our return condition standards.
Return Process
To start your return, simply visit our Returns portal and provide your order number and the email address associated with your purchase. Mulumai will provide you with a return shipping label for convenience. However, if you opt for a different method, we are not responsible for any associated return costs, shipping fees, or import duties. We strongly recommend using an insured and traceable carrier, as we cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
After we receive and inspect your item, we’ll send you an email confirmation. This message will also let you know if your refund has been approved or declined. Upon approval, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method or credit card.
Return Charges
A flat fee of £3.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges on all eligible items (shipping charges apply).
International Returns
For those who reside outside of the UK, please note that Mulumai does not provide return labels at this time. All costs associated with international returns, including shipping fees and any applicable import duties or taxes—are the responsibility of the customer. To ensure your return reaches us safely, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Mulumai cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
